Kelsey Peaden is a proud Santa Rosa County native, wife, and mom to two energetic young boys. With deep roots in the Gulf Coast and a genuine love for the communities that make this area so special, Kelsey brings both local knowledge and heartfelt passion to every client relationship. She began her real estate career by earning her Georgia license in 2019, followed by Alabama in 2020, and most recently her Florida license in 2025—just in time for her family’s long-awaited move back home. Kelsey has extensive experience assisting active-duty military members and veterans with relocations, but her greatest joy comes from working with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through one of life’s most meaningful milestones.
